• Monday, August 09: Monday Missions at Connie Maxwell Children’s Home. Leave church at 7:30 am. Bring money for lunch.

• Friday-Saturday, August 13-14: Atlanta Fest 2010, Braves game/Six Flags or White Water water park ($40 due August 04)

Have you ever wanted to be involved but was unsure about where to start? We are looking for individuals who would be willing to serve as greeters. This is a very important ministry of our church. When we have visitors at our church we have an opportunity to create a loving, caring, and safe place to worship, and it all begins at the doors. First impressions are very important! If you ever wanted to get involved, maybe this would be a great place to begin. If you are already serving as a greeter, thank you for your heart and service!!! The more people we have to sign up, the less frequently you will need to serve. Please give this prayerful consideration. There is a sign-up sheet in the lobby. Below is the link for our church members to click to send an “E-Couragram” to our students and leaders while in Tupelo, Mississippi. For those who are not sure what an “Encouragram/E-Couragram” is: Each year at World Changers, there is a wall of boxes for each student and leader in attendance. These boxes will contain “Encouragrams” – “A word of encouragement” from different students and leaders in attendance there at WC and also from Church Members and Parents of the students and leaders from back home. The students and leaders look forward to receiving these notes every day! It gives them the much needed boost they need to keep going and persevere through the sweat and pain their labor provides!

Please Pray

Our ONE80 students will be leaving this afternoon for Tupelo, Mississippi for their World Changers mission trip. Please pray for a safe journey to and from Tupelo. Pray for their safety and health while away from home. Pray for their mission work there, that they will reflect Jesus in everything they say and do.

This Week at Crossroads

There will be no meetings or activities this evening or Wednesday evening. Please enjoy this 4th of July week with your family and friends. Our regular schedule will resume next Sunday, July 11.
